How do I sum hours from multiple workbooks?

I have created a time tracking sheet that holds the hours for multiple
employees on one sheet. My workbook has sheets for each day of the week with
a summary sheet totaling everyone's hours worked for the week. I have pasted
all the links from the "individual day" worksheets to the Summary worksheet.
I am having problems making the total colum work. It appears that I can not
sum the hours because the cells have links to other pages and the hours add
up to be over 24. What is wrong with my formula?
 
select the cell with the formula

do format=>Cell=>Number Tab, go to time and select 37:30:55. alternately
you can go to custom rather than time and type in [hh]:mm:ss or [hh]:mm

That should give you the right answer.
