How do I sum a column based on 2 different column headers/criteria?

Hello,

I am trying to sum an entire column based on multiple column headers in row 1 and 2. There are multiple columns that have the same date in row 1 and then the same repeating sequence of headers in row 2. I have listed an example below of what the data looks like and what I am trying to accomplish with the chart with summations below.
