Where do I find a clickable link to this newsgroup?

There is no clickable link. To "subscribe", you can either visit the
newsgroup thru the MS support website or you can see if your ISP carries
this newsgroup. I was surprized that mine did! I now view it thru Outlook
Express - much easier than the MS website.

Note: It is better to connect directly to the Microsoft newsgroup server,
then via ISP, since the ISP do not always keep their newsgroup listing
up-to-date, or limit the number of threads carried.
