How do I stream mp3s?

Hi,

I'm using FP02. Is there a way to stream mp3s and also make it available
for download (if someone wanted save the file) that works both Explorer
& Netscape browsers?

Also what's the best file sizes I should use?

Lastly, is there any mp3 editors that's easy to use (I want to stream
audio teaching tapes)?
