How do I store multiple fields from one table to another

How do I use a combo box or code to select and store multiple fields from one
table to another table. If the combo box who let me store multiple fields
this would be good but I can't get the combo box to do this.

If all you're trying to do is copy several columns from one table to
another, then you need to create an Update query.
