C Chatterbox Dec 16, 2005 #3 Here are some steps for doing this... 1. Open the existing task 2. In the task, go to the insert menu and select item. 3. This brings up a new window where you can search through your mail folders and select the email. You also have the option to enter it as text or as an attachment. Hope this helps. Melanie
