How do I store a new Outlook email in an existing task?

How do I add a new email to an existing task instead of creating a new task
with the email?

Open the task, select Insert ->Item from the menu - browse to the message you
want to insert into the task ...

Here are some steps for doing this...

1. Open the existing task
2. In the task, go to the insert menu and select item.
3. This brings up a new window where you can search through your mail
folders and select the email. You also have the option to enter it as
text or as an attachment.
