How do I stop the news feeds from appearing in Outlook

Whenever I start Outlook there is an increaing number of news feeds showing
in the left hand pane. These files always seem to be empty. Is there any way
of stopping the news feeds.

Have you tried Tools > Account Settings > RSS Feeds and deleting them out
