How do I stop the mail send?

Using MS Outlook 2003, I directed the program to send a 17MB attachment. Only
later did I realize that it's way too big, and I want to delete it. The
program has already begun to process it, however, and is now stuck. It
doesn't allow me to move or delete the large message, and all other messages
I need to send get prioritized after it.
How do I interrupt the mail queue to break this message out and remove it?

Click File and check Work Offline. Stop and restart Outlook. You should
now be able to delete the message from Outbox. Click File and uncheck Work
Offline. You should be operational again.
