how do I stop sent mail from coming back to inbox?

Have personal and business account that is forwarded to personal. My sent
mail is coming back in to another computer 's inbox. So we recieve 2 inbox
mails-one to personal and one to business. Something in my settings are
duplicating.

I am using Outlook 2007. I think there is something in settings with
business e-mail forwarded to gmail. When I get note from business account and
if I pick that account to reply from then I get 2 mails-one from personal
address and another thru business account. If I reply from personal account
then only get one response from recipicant.

With gmail you get a copy of the outgoing message placed in gmail's Inbox.
I don't know any way to change that.

Would that happen with Hotmail? And any other web based e-mail program? I
can switch if needed.

I don't believe any mail service behaves quite like gmail. If you elect to
use Hotmail, you'll probably need the Outlook Connector.

Brian,
A relative uses Gmail with Outlook 2007 and doesn't get his sent mails back
into his inbox. I really believe I have a settings issue although we have
compared both computers. I would think any pop3 account would be causing this
same problem. Is there any other suggestion? We use Hotmail also and don't
have that problem. Before that we used a Mediacom cable name for mail and
it never did that and it is a pop3 account.
