how do i stop sending large email that is already transmitting

I sent a file that is way too large to e-mail by accident and I can't cancel
or even delete it. I just want to end it so I can send and recieve e-mail.
Any suggestions? Thanks for your help!

Go to your Outbox. Open the e-mail then close it. Then highlight it and
delete it. If that doesn't work, try this:

Solution is to switch your modem off and then delete mail. Most SP limit the size of the file you can transmit to the mail server.
