How do I stop receviing two email meesages of the same thing ever.

I installed Windows Updates today and I guess it also installed Outlook
Express 6.0. Now when I receive email, I get the same message twice. How do
I stop the duplication??
 
Do you have 2 or more accounts defined in OE checking the same mailbox?
