How do I stop receiving and old email?

I received an email on 4/22/06. I am continuing to receive that same email
as a new email (only under the older tab in the inbox -- over 50,000 times so
far). How to I stop it? I have already added the senders name to my junk
email block list -- that did not help.
 
delete the email from your server using webmail, telnet, download it using
another Outlook profile or another email application.
