How do I stop people from scheduling meetings on my calendar?

Is there a function I can set up to prevent others from putting meetings on
my calendar. Sometimes I only want a particular meeting to be on my calendar
and no others. Can I set up times that cannot be scheduled by others.

I tend to not bath or brush my teeth much and act very rudely.
