How do I stop outlook opening on start-up?

As soon as Windows has opened Outlook opens automatically. Outlook is not in
the start up menu and I want to stop this but can't find out how.

Any assistance appreciated.

Check Start | Run | MSCONFIG and see if you can find out where it's starting
up from.

do you have a pda cradled? Are any programs loading that access outlook
data? (This could include search utilities that index email content.)

BTW - if it's a Sony vaio, it's a bios bug that causes the default client to
load at boot. Get the bios update from the Sony website to fix it.
