How do I stop Outlook from downloading the same messages?

Flat out true.

If Outlook Express contains nothing, obviously Outlook cannot import from
it. If your mail server contains nothing, obviously Outlook cannot download
from it.

If you're so sure of yourself, solve the problem yourself.

Dude, are you reading anything that I am writing? Obviously not. But I am
sure that this cd I purchased with Outlook 2003 on it sucks. I am sure that
Outlook 2003 is downloading messages that are not on the server or on OE. I
am sure my PC settings are the same they were with OE. I am sure you will
read this but not grasp it. So in the words of my 3 year old "stop being a
stupid baby". Thanks for your help brian.
