Which corner button are you using to "minimize" it? In normal applications,
the "x" button is the "close" button; and I am pretty sure (not certain,
though; I don't have Outlook) that MS Outlook is normal. Only abnormal
(perverse?) applications, as Instant Messenger clients, and some media
players, minimize on using the "x" button. Normal applications minimize on
using the "-" button.
If this does not describe what is happening, then you need to post a better
description of the symptoms. As posted, there are insufficient details to
understand your problem.
Makes it an "abnormal" application. I detest that applications "minimiize"
when using the "close" feature. Why is it that developers have done
something so irrational? Damn, when I "X-close" an application, it should
***CLOSE***!!!! ARRRGGGGHHHHHH!!! Why bother with having a "dash-minimize"
button?
That feature was added in response to user requests.
Outlook does close normally, BTW.
