How do I stop Outlook from clearing my appointments?

I have found lately that when I go to past appointments in my Calendar, that
all of my appointments have been deleted. How do I stop this from happening?
It makes doing my timesheet and expense report very difficult not having my
information!

Are you synchronising with some hand-held device?
 
That's where the deleting is taking place. When the items are deleted on the
Blackberry, those deletions are also synced to Outlook and thus also get
removed. Check the settings on your Blackberry on how to disable this.
