How do I stop Outlook deleting old appointments?

Hi Guys

I have a problem that my outlook keeps deleting andy appintment older than a couple of months.

I have auto archive turned off but still it continues.

I sync to a Blackberry - does this have anything to do with it?

any ideas kindly recieved

Outlook doesn't delete them as AutoArchive is the only option to have this
done automatically. Your BlackBerry could and then when you sync it, they
could be removed from Outlook as well.

I have been looking into it while this post has been up and I'm trying several things along those lines.
