How do I stop Normal style from showing up in my Quick Style sets?

I am running Office 2007 with Windows Vista and the Normal style shows up in
all of my Quick Style sets even though I remove it and resave the set. How
do I stop this from happening? I do not, and have never used Normal style to
the best of my memory.

I am sure someone will confirm, but as normal is a built-in base style, I do
not believe it possible to remove it.

Although you cannot actually delete the Normal style, you can clear the "Add
to Quick Style list" option in the Modify Style dialog box. Don't forget the
"New documents based on this template" option.
