Hi everyone,
I'm really needing some help here. My email is being diverted to a host
address called webmaildemo.broadbandscope.com and it's stopping my email from
downloading.

Does anyone know how to reconfigure outlook to stop this happening or how to
uninstall this 3rd party?
thanks

David

Care to state why you believe this is an Outlook problem?

I believe something or someone has reconfigured send/receive settings to
divert from my vodafoneathome pop3 account to broadbandscope.com. I f I knew
where these configurations were within Outlook could I stop this from
happening or is this a virus that my avg isn't picking up on or should my
email provider be responsible for this problem. They told me to get in touch
with Microsoft.

By the way, I'm using outlook 2007. Really don't know how to solve this and
any help would be appreciated. This is the only place I can start from

Thanks

David

Download and install "Spybot Search and Destroy"
(http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html) and see if it detects
anything. You should consider using Windows Defender as well.
