How do I stop magnifier opening on boot up

Dear all,

I have tryed to stop the magnifier starting on bootup, but
it just keeps opening. I can turn it off once I bootup but
then if I restart or turn the pc back on the same problem.

Please Help

Hi,

Use "Msconfig.exe" utility to uncheck the start up programs on your system.
This utility is not available by default in windows 2000, you can copy and
paste from Windows XP machine.
