How do I stop macro alerts for a spreadsheet with no macros in it

I have a spreadsheet that had a macro in it at one time but it has been
deleted. However, whenever I open the spreadsheet I still receive the macro
warning dialg box. How can I get rid of this?

You also have to remove the modules on which the macros were stored have a
