How do I stop every e-mail form appearing twice after download

Every mail message appears twice in outlook. What do I need to do to correct
this?
 
What type of account? What version of Outlook and what level of Service
pack?
This seems to be a current problem with Outlook 2003 and SP1 with an IMAP
account.
 
I have Outlook 2003 with SP1
My mailserver is Bellsouth and is POP3/SMTP

I looked around. At least one of mt 2 active accounts is doing it. I also
watched the acdcount on the web. The mail is being cleared off of the server
and trere don's seem to be any delays.
 
I'm not sure on this.
How many accounts do you have and do they all connect to the one server?
Try removing the accounts and adding them back one by one to see if you can
determine where the problem is.
