This problem is in Outlook 2003 only, not in Word. I've tried all of the
solutions mentioned in the question as it applies to Word but the formatting
doesn't stay beyond the current email. I have to reformat with every email.
One of the solutions was to check the box that says "Don't add a space
between paragraphs of the same style" in the "Format", "Paragraph" window but
that option is greyed out so is not usable. Another solution was to click
the "Default" button after modifying the settings in the Paragraph dialog box
but there is NO DEFAULT BUTTON to click. I would appreciate any help. Thank
you.
