How do I stop 'Configuring ...' message at startup?

I've recently migrated my system to a new PC. Although I've (re-)activated
all the Office Enterprise apps, each now starts with a 'Configuring ...'
message which takes 2-3 minutes to complete whatever it does, before the app
is ready for use. Driving me mad.

Anyone know how to stop this happening once and for all?
 
When you installed Office on new PC did you select "run from my computer" on
the applications?

Maybe have a look through Control Panel>Add>Remove>MS Office>Change/Remove

Select "Change" and follow your nose.
