You should ask this question in a newsgroup which supports your mail
software (Outlook? Outlook Express? something else?); this newsgroup
is for the database program Microsoft Access.
AT A GUESS, try selecting Tools... Options on the menu and see if
there is a tab page for Autocorrect. Set the options there
appropriately. Also, let the program word wrap for you rather than
hitting the <enter> key to go to a new line.
