How do I stop cancelled meetings from from being deleted?

OK, Outlook provides a way to prevent meeting invites from being
deleted by unchecking Tools > Options > E-mail Options > Advanced E-
mail Options > Delete meeting request from Inbox when responding.

How about meeting cancels? When I get a meeting cancellation and click
on Remove from Calendar, the email gets moved to the Deleted Items
box. How do I stop that?

What would you expect to happen? Cancelled means "gone from the calendar,
no need to attend."

Create another calendar named, for example, "Cancelled" and move the meeting
to that calendar.
