How do I stop attachments from opening in reading layout

Every time I open a word attachment in Outlook it opens in reading layout.
How do i get them tio default to Normal ?
 
In Word you can disable opening in "Reading Layout View". Open Word,
click on "Tools", then "Options", then click on the "General" tab, then
uncheck "Allow starting in Reading Layout".
