How Do I Sort search results?

How do I sort my search results in this newsgroup? I'd like them to display
by date, newest post first. (I suspect the answer is, "you can't.")
 
At the top of the column for each category (Subject, From, Sent, etc.) click
on SENT until the dates are listed in descending order. If you click it
again, it will sort by ascending order.

You can also sort alphabetically by topic or by author.
