how do I sort by last name in the Select Names diolog box?

I just upgraded to Outlook 2002. I want to send a message. I click the "to"
box and get the select names dialog box. But the names are sorted by first
name. I am used to seeing them sorted by last name. How do I change the
appearance of the dialog box so that the names are sorted by last name?

By default names are sorted by "first name, last name". If you want to
change this to "last name, first name" do the following;
Go to Control Panel-> Mail-> E-mail Accounts-> View or change existing
directories or address books-> select Outlook Address Book-> Change.
At the bottom you can set the way the names are sorted.
