how do I sink Microsoft Outlook Web Access Calender to Blackberry

I am trying to sink my calendar from Microsoft Web Access to my Blackberry
Pearl. In the set-up, Microsoft Outlook is an option, but no option for Web
Access. I was told by Blackberry that I need some type of patch from
microsoft, so it will be a selectable option.
 
What version of Exchange? Did you ask your admin how to do it?
