How do i show show the 1st video frame in embedded wmp

I dont want my viewers to see a blank screen. before the video starts.

I see somting in wmp propertys -advanced-script commands settings-base
url-default frame:

I think my answer is in this prompt but I dont know what to insert. can
someone help
