How do I share one email account between 2 computers?

I have 2 separate computers networked via a LAN in my home. We only have one
shared email account and I want to access the same email account from each
computer at the same time. How can I setup both computers to be logged on to
the same email account at the same time?

There may be other ways, but I am very happy with a product
called "Public Outlook."
