how do I share a calendar but show the shared person filter data

T

the madman

I want to share my calendar, but I do not want the person to see the rest of
my calendar entries...I just want to show work related items...I do use
categories in my calendar.

If you tell me to create a second personal calendar, then I will need to
know how to sync my PDA with both calendars...if possible.

so if i do this, when they look at my calendar...what will they see....a

Good help so far...I have a few questions:
If I share my calendar (on MS Exchange) and merely categorize an appointment
as "Open", what will others see?
Is marking an appointment "Private" the only way to hide details (subj, loc,
notes...)?
How can I create an appointment that will not even show up to others from my
shared calendar?
GOAL: Want to create personal appointments without having them visible at
all to others.
(sorry if any of these end up being redundant...trying to be efficient)

If the appointment is not marked private, others may be able to see details
about the appointment. It needs to be marked private to keep the details
from others.

If you want an appointment that is not visible to anyone but yourself you
need to make a new calendar folder and put it into that folder.
