How do I setup a personal sever?

I've never used this in Windows before...
But can someone tell me how to setup the personal server in windows?
(I'm sign XP).

I've tried the Windows help... but that doesn't help at all!

For WinXP Pro, install IIS (Internet Information Services) under the Windows
Components in the Control Panel/Add & Remove. This is not available for
WinXP Home users.

Personal Web Server has been discontinued (and any old version will not
work). There is now INternet Information Server (IIS) in Pro only -
explicitly not usable with Home.
