How do I set up through outlook an electronic approval process?

We want to use outlook for approval for certain changes instead of sending
around manual forms. Is there an option for radio buttons to be clicked for
approval?
 
You can use Voting buttons in e-mails. That may or may not work depending on
what you want to do.


Create a new e-mail
On the menu, click View-Options
There is a section called Voting & Tracking options.
