how do I set up the date and time in explorer ?

microsoft outlook indicates wrong date and wrong time for emails sent and
received. The computer date and time are set right. How can I fix this
problem ?

I have the same problem using Office XP and Outlook. My received emails are
17 hours behind my system date/time and my sent emails are apparently sent
tomorrow!
