How do I set up"spell&grammar"check to automatically check emails

I just installed Outlook 2007, and canot program it to automatically check
spelling and grammar prior to sending an email. The program underlines an
incorrection, but does NOT automatically list a choice of corrections before
I send. I have sent all my test emails with misspelled words, and I was not
given the option of correcting when I hit the send button. Thqanks for your
help.

You have made sure that the appropriate option in Tools-Options-Spelling is
checked?
