How do I set-up shortcut for inserting email address

I find that I am constantly typing my email address. I would like to be able
to hit a key combination that would insert my email address. This would be in
any program or situation not just Microsoft word.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
 
In Word you could use AutoCorrect or AutoText. For all applications there
are numerous utilities that do this.
