Follow these steps to leave messages on your server.
Open Outlook
Click on Tools > Email accounts, select "View or change existing e-mail accounts" and click Next
Select the email account and click "Change"
Click the "More Settings" button
Click on the Advanced tab
Check the box that says "Leave a copy of message on the server"
