How do I set up my outlook calendar to synch with my Blackberry?

I recently switched from Notes to Outlook and haven't been able to figure out
how to synch my Outlook calendar with my Blackberry 7100t.
I appreciate the help.

You'll need to ask the vendor of your Blackberry or the sync software that
came with it.
 
I have the same phone. the Desktop Manager software that came with your phone
will sync your canendar
 
I have the same problem. I managed to get Contacts synched but I can't get
Outlook Calendar or Tasks to synchronize. Ideas?
 
Contact support for your sync application instead.
