how do I set up my computoe so i can publish websites

I can't rember how to set up my computor to publish my site might be proxy
setting?

Shane,
I assume that you have FrontPage. If you haven't done so already, you will
have to locate a hosting company and register a domain name. That is much
easier today than ten years ago. Once the hosting company informs you that
things are set up (be sure you request FrontPage Server Extensions) you can
then open FrontPage, open your site on the hard drive and Publish, repeat
PUBLISH your site to http://www.yourdomain.com

For a hosting company that is easy to work with I use
http://www.minnesotashopper.com for eight of my sites.
