How do I set up multiple calendar views on one monitor for severa.

We recently set up twin LCD monitors for a surgery. The receptionist uses
them to display up to 12 schedules for doctors, using MS Outlook/Calendar,
spread across the two screens. It is useful as she can drill down into a
single schedule, add comments etc. When she closes down, the screen view has
to be re-done each day. Is there a way of automating the view, so the
network collects all 12 schedules and displays them simultaneously? We are a
small integrator, and the surgery is fully licenced and runs MS SBS.

Thanks,
Terry

1. What version of Outlook?
2. How is the receptionist opening the other calendars?
3. Are you using Exchange with SBS or POP mail with your ISP?
