How do I set up multiple address lists?

How do I set up a separate address list for each named account without using
the distribution list? account Tom, account Dick, Account Harry.
 
Either use categories or explain in greater detail what you wish to accomplish in what version of Outlook.

I would like to click on the address book and see the account names and by
clicking on the name, see that accounts email addresses
 
And your version of Outlook would be....????? Define Account Names?

I'm using Outlook 2003 and I've set up 3 PoP mail accounts in Outlook. One
for Tom, one for Dick and one for Harry. I would like to set up each with
their own email lists in the address book.
 
"Email lists" has no meaning in Outlook. Do you mean contact folders? If yes, set up each account with it's own profile and then populate the default contact folders for each account.

I can see that each name has a number 1,2,3, assigned to it. I don't know
what else you mean by each profile. Do you mean set up a distribution list
for each? Because I only see two options in the new contact and they are New
contact and New Distribution list. Can you talk me through setting the folder
for Tom? I should be able to do the others from there.

No matter what I do... I get one listing of all the email addresses for all
three accounts. All accounts should not have all the addresses. I would like
them to only see their email address list an be able to click on it to
address new outgoing messesages. Please assist!!!
 
Let me try to say it this way... I have 3 users for Outlook 2003. When a user
is sending a new message they would llike to click on the address book and be
able to select an address from only their email listing.
