How do i set up inventory database and have it inked to word/excel

I need to create an inventory database and use the product id to show up in
my word invoice. I am not sure how to create and link it to word or excell.

* You may be able to use an Access Report to create invoice document which
is a lot easier for you.

* If you want to use Word, you can use Word Mail Merge or even Word
Automation to do so but both ae more complex than an Access Report. Word
Automation will almost certainly need VBA code.
