You'll get better answers in an Outlook Express newsgroup.

I am having trouble with that also. In OE it was simple
but in outlook it seems to be impossible without making
the other account under a different ISP

It depends on whether or not the two addresses use separate mailboxes on the
ISP's server or they both depost the mail in the same mailbox on the server.
In the former case it's quite easy, since each account has a distinct
mailbox and downloading from it won't affect the other mailbox. If the two
addresses are actually aliases for the same mailbox, however, it's a little
harder. You have to tell Outlook to leave the messages on the server (so
each account can download, since all the messages in the mailbox will get
downloaded for either address) and create rules that will manipulate the
messages based on recipient address, with one instance of Outlook either
throwing away messages not intended for it, or using a view that will hide
those messages.
