how do i manage templetes so i can start tracking names and addresses for my
telemarketers to use this. I just bought word 2003 and it suxks. I don't
understand it.

Do you have a question about using Microsoft Access databases to
manage your names and addresses? That program is the subject of this
newsgroup.

If you're assuming that installing Word will give you a fully
implemented telemarketing application you're really on the wrong
track. Word is an excellent word-processing program for creating
documents. It's up to YOU to create the documents.
