How do I get cookies?

I tried to get information on a specific job. It said Cookies was
uninstalled. How do I reinstall cookies?
 
This has nothing to do with Microsoft Word. It's a setting in your Internet
browser. Ask Google about "enable cookies" and the name of whatever browser
you're using.
