How do I set up connection between cell with consent and outlook?

Hello,
I need to make connection between cell in excel with IF formula consent and
when this concent is TRUE, I want to recieve a e-mail in outlook. Is this
possible?
 
do you mean you want to send/receive a specific email or do you want to
control whether you receive ANY emails?
 
So, in excel in one cell I have formula =IF(G1<=F3-5;"OK";"Print new")
TRUE = ''OK'' , FALSE = '' PRINT NEW''.
I want to recieve information on my outlook like e-mail when the state of
cell is FALSE.
And I have 12 cells like that.
