How do I set up automatic send and receive from a dial up connect.

I would like to configure MS Outlook (MS Office 2003) to automatically
send/receive with my dial up connection from my home office on the hour. It
seems like older versions of Outlook could do this.
 
Outlook 2003 is no different. Set up an automatic polling interval in Tools
